Getting Skinnies to you: At Skinnies, we love our customers and want to keep them happy. We set out to do everything right and delivery is one of the important ones! We know you want to receive your Skinnies tubes with no fuss so you can get out in the sunshine. We go to great lengths to make this happen based on our standard terms being, no delivery will be made until full payment is received, and all freight (or international freight) addresses, and customer details, are clear and unmistakable. Skinnies accepts no responsibility for return freight costs if customer addresses have been provided incorrectly through our online store and customer purchase process.

Freight: We send Skinnies within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment and Skinnies tubes are delivered directly to you within 1-3 days from time of leaving Skinnies HQ. This can vary for Rural Deliveries. Skinnies is couriered within NZ using reputable New Zealand courier companies. Skinnies is packaged using appropriate packaging to ensure your Skinnies arrives in good shape.

Note: International freight charges do apply (refer to the Skinnies website) or email us at hello@skinnies.co.nz and we’ll suss it all out for you. Overseas delivery times using international air: (These are approximate times only.) Australia: 3–6 working days. South Pacific: 6–10 working days. North America and East Asia: 6–10 working days UK/Europe: 6–10 working days. Rest of World: 6–10 working days.

Freight charged on international orders is for a single tube, additional freight charges may apply for multiple tube purchases and heavier/larger parcels.

NOTE: Please email us with any specific freight requirements you may have. For example: A mailing address different from that provided through the online store, Delivery by a specific date OR other requirements you may have. We will let you know whether or not we are able to meet your special requirements. We reserve the right to on charge freights costs at cost.
