Getting Skinnies to you
Skinnies loves its customers and wants to keep people happy. We set out to do everything right and delivery is one of the important ones! We know you want to receive your Skinnies tubes with no fuss so you can get out in the sunshine! That’s cool. We go to great lengths to make this happen. Based on our standard terms being no delivery will be made until full payment is received, and all freight (or international freight) addresses, and customer details, are clear and unmistakable. Skinnies accepts no responsibility for return freight costs if customer addresses have been provided incorrectly through our online store and customer purchase process.
Skinnies is 100% premium
We want you to receive your Skinnies in as sweet as condition, just like it left us. Any orders damaged during delivery should be sent back to Skinnies Limited within 7 days of receiving them. They will be replaced or refunded.
Skinnies accept credit cards (MasterCard & Visa) and bank debit cards through the secure online store www.skinnies.co.nz. skinnies.co.nz is the name that will appear on your cardholder statement. We use the DPS payment system, which is a secure method of payment. If you have any concerns, or would like to make a special arrangement for payment please get in touch. While we do live in a pretty savvy electronic world, Skinnies will arrange a payment option directly with you (like cash or direct bank deposit) that will meet your requirements. All purchases (within NZ) of Skinnies through the online store include GST.
Returns – Refund
We made Skinnies to feel good, work good and do good. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned unused within 7 days of receiving it. Postage will not be refunded. Please make sure that the goods are returned unused or in the condition they were received. Thank you.
Freight within NZ is $5.00 standard courier. We freight Skinnies within 1-3 business days following receip of payment and Skinnies tubes are delivered directly to you within 1-3 days from time of leaving Skinnies HQ. Skinnies is couriered within NZ through a reputable New Zealand courier company. Skinnies is packaged using an appropriate courier sleeve.
Note: International freight charges do apply (refer to the Skinnies website) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll suss it all out for you. Overseas delivery times using international air: (These are approximate times only.) Australia: 3–6 working days. South Pacific: 6–10 working days. North America and East Asia: 6–10 working days UK/Europe: 6–10 working days. Rest of World: 6–10 working days.
Freight charged on international orders is for a single tube, additional freight charges may apply for multiple tube purchases.
NOTE: Please email us with any specific freight requirements you may have. For example: A mailing address different from that provided through the online store, Delivery by a specific date OR other requirements you may have. We will let you know whether or not we are able to meet your special requirements. Conditions apply refer above ‘Getting Skinnies to you’ section.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges in the country of destination must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Skinnies Limited you are considered as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Exchange rate fluctuations
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are processed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while Skinnies knows orders sometimes need to be changed, we can’t do it for free after a certain point. The powers that be ensure we stick to the following:
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Skinnies will refund your transaction in full.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return (see above).
- Orders refused at delivery will incur applicable fees, including postage and any applicable transaction fees.
